Shipping policy
- DO ORDERS SHIP WITH TRACKING NUMBERS?
Virtually all shipping method options come with tracking numbers.
- HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Orders are usually shipped 1-3 business days after receipt of order. Some orders may even ship same day. Most orders shipped within the continental United States should take 3-5 business days to receive, but could take up to 10 business days. Orders shipped internationally can take 2 weeks or more to receive. Once an order is dropped-off with a carrier, we can’t control how long it takes for your order arrive. Orders placed during bad weather or during the holidays may experience delays.
PLEASE NOTE: You are responsible for providing a correct “Ship To” address. Tracking updates on international orders may not be available once departed from the US. Should you order not arrive or contain missing items, we are not responsible. If your package is opened by Customs, we are not responsible for missing items.

- HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is based on weight and destination (“Ship To” address). Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
- I PAID FOR PRIORITY SHIPPING. WILL IT GET TO ME FASTER?
Orders are fulfilled in the order in which they are received. Choosing USPS Priority Mail as a shipping option does not mean your order will be processed faster. It just means that your order will ship via USPS Priority Mail. If faster shipping is needed, consider selecting another shipping option. You may also send us an email. Schedule and workload permitting, we may or may not be able to assist.
- I USED THE WRONG SHIP TO ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?
Please email us immediately at info@TheSquatTowel.com with the correct “Ship To” address. If your order has already shipped, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement. You may, however, contact the shipping carrier directly to learn of any alternative delivery options. It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipment information.
- THE TRACKING NUMBER SAYS "DELIVERED" BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
If the tracking number states the package has been "delivered", we will be unable to replace your order. Please contact the carrier to file a claim.
- I THINK MY PACKAGE IS LOST?
Domestic packages are considered lost 3 weeks after the date of shipment. International packages are considered lost 6 weeks after date of shipment. Contact the carrier directly regarding lost orders. If your order has not yet shipped, send us an email.
- MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED?
Please send an email to info@TheSquatTowel.com with pictures of the package and contents and provide a detailed description of the issue.
- MY ORDER IS WRONG OR INCOMPLETE?
If the order you received was wrong or incomplete please send an email to info@TheSquatTowel.com with a photo of the items you did receive. We cannot authorize a replacement or refund unless we receive a photo from you.
- I WAS CHARGED A FEE FROM CUSTOMS?
Orders shipped internationally may incur a Customs Fee. We do not charge a Customs Fee when you place your order. Should your order incur a Customs Fee we are not responsible. Please contact your shipping carrier directly with Customs related questions. Understanding and reviewing the Customs Fee policy of your “Ship To” country is advised.
