3. How do I get The Squat Towel™ to secure to the bar?
The directions on how to secure the towel to a barbell are located on the back of the label. You can view an instructional video of each Squat Towel version on its product page.

4. How does The Squat Towel™ secure horizontally (i.e., the long way)?
Hold the towel upright with the design facing you. Next, rotate the towel left 90° degrees. Now begin rolling the towel around the barbell and secure. 5. Does the pad (on select models) make the towel feel awkward?
A bit, but not much. The pad further increases cushion received to the shoulders, neck area. The “flow” of the towel off the bar can feel a little stiff, but not by much. After several carries you get used to it. You may even find it helpful for other exercises, as a head rest, or for other things.
6. Is the towel with the pad harder to secure to a barbell?
Slightly. Fasteners are added at the top to help the towel secure more effectively and tightly.7. Where is The Squat Towel™ being sold?

11. How do I secure The Squat Wrap™ to the bar?
Unravel The Squat Wrap™ to open it up. Begin wrapping The Squat Wrap around a bar by securing the middle of The Squat Wrap to the bar first. Next, secure the wrap as you work your way down one side to the edge. Do the same for the other side.
12 What is the difference between The Squat Towel™ and The Squat Wrap™?
The Squat Towel™ is a customized specialty towel designed to roll around and secure to a barbell. Select models incorporate extra padding for increased cushioning effects. The Squat Wrap™ is a thin substitute for a standard bar pad that wraps around a barbell 1.0 or more times. It’s helpful for those who don’t require much padding or for those who simply don’t want their bare skin touching the barbell.
13. My snaps/VELCRO® Brand fasteners don’t align properly leaving me unable to secure to a barbell tight enough.

14. What is your Shipping Policy?
Virtually all shipping method options come with tracking numbers.
Shipping is based on weight and destination (“Ship To” address). Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Orders are usually shipped from Los Angeles, California, United States, 1-3 business days after receipt of order. Some orders may even ship same day. Most orders shipped within the continental United States should take 3-5 business days to receive, but could take up to 10 business days.

15. What is your Refund Policy?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us for a return. We only accept returns on products in like-new condition. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be subject to a partial refund - if any at all. All returns are subject to approval first.
